Is there a app to make the screen more sensitive?

Great screen, but is there a app to make the screen a bit more sensitive, seems to be on small items, if I magnifie eg a small link on a full page of items, it works perfect, perhaps would like to tweak the sensitivity by say 10 percent would be great

It is near the bottom of his post under a hide button. I have not tried it so I don't know how well it works.
