ok, found out that using simple samsung charger 500ma will make it show charging (wait 15 min) then i can make it boot but only first screen saying "powering on"

if the orange led on then charging , make sure of that

Leave it on the charger until the led changes from amber to green, if the led isn't working then I would just let it go overnight for 12 hours or so and then try to boot the device. Good luck and let us know how you make out. :thumbup:
