For now rooting Note 3 neo is having only one method that is chainfire method.

Rooting is not a problem. All you have do to is download the correct file and root using PC odin. But If you use chainfire method to root it will trip Knox and your Knox counter will be 1 so I suggest you don't root Note 3 neo immediately after you buy. Please wait for a while until some one finds out a better way without tripping knox.
