Default Port GPE rom to note 3

How how will this be? I'm thinking about attempting this..
Phones:
-HTC Mytouch 4g Slide
-Samsung Galaxy S2 T-989
-Samsung Galaxy Nexus GT- I9520
-Boost Mobile Samsung Transform Ultra

Other than the unlocked bootloader and the startup animation, what difference is there between the GPE and the international version?

How would the Spen work without the Touchwiz framework then?



I'm guessing that one could simply flash the extracted SYSTEM partition from the GPE to our variant to get the same effect without having to do any work

There is no official GPE version of the Note 3, so you would have to make a hybrid ROM.
