Default [Q] Restore to Factory on a Mac

So I'm getting ready to upgrade to the G3 and I need to restore my Note to factory. I know it's really simple on Windows but my new Mac has a SSD and since space is tight I don't have a virtual XP install like I usually do for Android things. What's the easiest way to flash everything back to factory on my Mac?

The easiest way would be to go to the playstore and get
"Mobile Odin Pro", here is the playstore link for it:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...mobileodin.pro

With mobile odin you don't even need a computer to go back
to the official stock firmware.

You can also use heimdall (MAC) application but it's a lot more
complicated, here is the download and instruction link for heimdall:

Good luck!
Have a great day, enjoy!

Don't forget it takes less time to click the "THANKS" button than to type "thank you".
(unless you type very fast).

Mobile Odin Pro doesn't flash bootloaders among other things, so he might get stuck in a bootloop if he is coming from an incompatible bootloader

Also, heimdall, unless it had been fixed recently, doesn't work on kk.
