Default Signature on a PDF?

Whats the best way to sign a pdf? I just got this document that need my signature ASAP, and panicked becuase I dont have a scanner/printer, but then thought XDA will have the answer [emoji3]

Import thru S note app and sign from there

I've been using Repligo Reader. I don't see how to import pdfs in s-note.
Phone: Note 3, ROM: Tweaked 3.0 NF1 (KK 4.4.2)
Tablet: Note 8.0, ROM: SphereKat 3.6.2 (JB 4.2.2 )
Previous: Note 2, S3, S2, S, HTC G-1

SIGNply from the play store is a bit clunky, but it works.

Ezpdf reader is what I use, and it's pretty dayum good.
