Default Update Binary?

Hey people, I flashed lean kernel 3.4 for TouchWiz on my Note 3 using Phil Recovery, and I noticed that it says, "Please Update to Latest Binary". I thought I was completely up to date, but I guess not. Maybe that could be why im having trouble answering phine calls on NF1 based roms? What do I need to exactly update on my phone?
1st Android phone - Droid X(sold) > DINC(owned by my father now, currently running CM7) > NS4G(traded for EVO 3D) > EVO 3D(sold) > Sprint Galaxy S II(sold) > T-Mobile LG Optimus L9(sold) > T-Mobile Nexus 4(mother owns it now, running AOSPA) > T-Mobile Note 3(between Touchwiz and AOSP)

Computer Specs: Core i7, 6gb/ram, Dualboot Windows 8.1/Linux Mint 16 Petra

phone calls have nothing to do with your SU Binary needing updated just grab the latest SU update and flash it via Custom Recovery. but you want to make sure you unistall SU before you do that for the best result of it working properly.
