It's quite new & I can't find this bundle over the internet except on one unofficial site at the time I write this review.
It is OEM from Samsung & the contents in the box are:
  1. S-View Wireless Receiver Cover(EP-VN910IBE)
  2. Qi Compatible Wireless Charger (EP-PN915IWE)
  3. Warranty Card
  4. User Manual

I bought it in Samsung Experience Center Singapore (actually my wife bought it for me :p & I am Indonesian) for SGD 118 with a few tax refund (probably SGD 2) = USD 92.78 = IDR 1,073,523

Looks & Materials:
The wireless charger pad is made of texturized plastic on the front & glossy plastic on the back with rubber pad.
The S-View Cover is made of plastic covered with synthetic leather.
The wireless charger looks nice with only 1 color option = white (to bad, black will be nicer :p) & it has 1 LED indicator near the micro USB plug.
The Indicator flashes Red-Green-Orange when plugged into a power source & turns Solid Green when charging properly.
If the power source is less than 2A then The Indicator turns Blinking Green & it will charge but in slower rate.

The S-View cover is very nice looking classic Samsung Phone with exactly the same look compared to the ordinary S-View Cover.
Only 1 difference from the ordinary S-View Cover that the Wireless Receiver inside added around 1 mm of thickness to the back side of the Cover.
This additional thickness gives an advantage that it protects previously protruding camera & a more comfortable grip feel.

The wireless charger is very light at 110 g & come without the cable, so the original cable+charger is needed.
It also works with any 5V 1-2A charger & even works using 0.5A power source such as Laptop USB 2.0.

Specifications:
The wireless charger needs 5V, 2A input, but it will work with 1A input (Tested)
The S-View cover will charge at 5V,800mA rate with 2A input from the wireless charger unit.
This wireless charger kit is using Qi Wireless Charging Standard.

Testing:
Testing tools :
  1. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910H Asian Version
  2. Elixir Widget (for measuring the Charging Rate)
  3. Sony VAIO CA16FG
  4. OEM micro USB cable (from HTC Sensation)
  5. OEM micro USB cable for Samsung Galaxy Note 4
  6. OEM Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Fast Charger
  7. OEM Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 Fast Charger
  8. S-View Wireless Receiver Cover(EP-VN910IBE)
  9. Qi Compatible Wireless Charger (EP-PN915IWE)
WiFi & Bluetooth is always ON during testing.

Sony VAIO CA16FG Laptop as source:
Actual charging rate with 0.5A input (USB 2.0) is ~435mA - 676mA (??)
Actual charging rate with 1A input (USB 3.0) is ~688mA.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 OEM charger as source:
Actual charging rate with 2A input is ~735mA

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 OEM charger as source:
Actual charging rate with is ~781mA

Both OEM cable charge at about the same rate even with different specification (HTC micro USB cable is using 4 Pin while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 micro USB cable is using 11 Pin)
The Phone outside temperature warms up a little when charging wirelessly.

One reminder though when using this Wireless Charger as it won't trickle charge your Note 4. It will trickle charge. I just don't know why at the first time it didn't.
As soon as it fully charge it will stop charging, so avoid any wakelock apps that may running in background & consuming the battery.

Conclusion:
There are many option to wirelessly charge our Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Some are cheaper & some are more expensive.
But there are some guideline before you decide to buy wireless charging accessories:
  1. Compatibility:
    • Qi Standard is the most popular one right now, so it is widely compatible with many brands
    • Many third party wireless receiver are cheaper but it blocks/partially blocks NFC, so choose carefully when you buy a third party receiver.
    • Third party wireless receiver cause a minor "bulge" on the back of the phone
    • The OEM Wireless Receiver is NFC compatible.
  2. Aesthetic V.S. Price (for the wireless receiver)
    • OEM = Expensive
      Third Party = Cheap
    • OEM (S-View Version)= Beautiful/classic Samsung look
Third Party = No Changed Look or even minor bulge on the back.
    • OEM (Back Cover Version) = Cheaper than the S-View Version but problematic of you have third party Case/Cover as it is thicker
Third Party = compatible with any third party case/cover but some will be affected by the minor "bulge"
  3. Aesthetic V.S. Price (for the wireless charger pad)
    • OEM = Only 2 version: The White wide pad or the Black mini pad which both look great
Third Party = Many options/colors which are some are cheaper but ugly and some are more expensive but also more beautiful
    • OEM = Classic Samsung look & feel
Third Party = Wooden, Acrylics, Glass & Plastic options (some are great looking & some are ugly)

The wireless charger pad costs EUR 24.75 = USD 27.66 separately but very difficult to find (at least for now).
The S-View Wireless Cover is also sold separately (with 2 color option, Black & White) & it costs USD 69.99 in Samsung's official website & cheaper/more expensive in other 3rd party website.
So this Wireless Charging Kit is cheaper than separate units.

The choice is yours.
If you like the classic Samsung look/feel + you have extra cash, buy this Wireless Charging Kit.
If you don't like classic Samsung look/feel but you have extra cash you can combine the Back Cover OEM version + more expensive/stylish charging pad + 3rd party casing/cover but make sure that the casing/cover will fit your Note 4+Back Cover with built in wireless receiver.
If you want to save some money, choose the cheaper alternatives out there ;)

The Wireless Charging Kit is a very nice accessory for our Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with only 1 downside that it is relatively more expensive compared to the alternatives out there .
