Anyone here using AOSP??

Iv installed the Flyme OS Camera onto CM 12.1 and AICP.
The quality is excellent, capture is quick!

However in low light situations without a flash you can see a lot of colorful noise. On TW camera all it would do is smoothen out the picture which would make it appear blurry. With Flyme OS camera the image is very sharp in low light, but the color noise can be an annoyance.
How can i reduce the noise? Id prefer to have an app on my phone.
Any suggestions?

so i see this thread is almost dead... its really sad, because Note 4 has SAME sensor as S6 and S6 Edge, but people still think they are better. the difference is only in low light photos and that also is not more than 10%...

come on guys, wake up -_-

i will be posting some pics here soon InshaAllah

Yes, it does make a difference! The snapdragon can take almost RAW quality images (you just need to turn off every kind of image enhancement: sharpening, denoising, lower the contrast etc.)

Thought I would post these for you guys, got up at 04:00am especially to take sunrise photos, so you all could see how the note 4 handles varying light conditions..... also there are 3 photo's (I think, may be only two) where I used the landscape photo mode.....Enjoy!

Dam only 1 landscape uploaded. Still you get the idea at least ??

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 vs Sony Xperia Z3 camera test.

All in auto mode, HDR Off.

Sony had much wider viewing angle but slow shutter speed and the output is.. as usual speechless... far object is blur and noise and wax look. Budget Redmi 1s anytime also can win it.

I am just saying my opinion on the result. Sony fans sorry if my straight opinion hurting.

The phone wise, Z3 is a solid build and speedy but screen default calibration a bit over cool.

I also test out Huawei Honor 6. The phone is solid and speedy! First time I find Huawei phone is speedy!

Huawei camera is awesome and speedy as well! Honor 6 is a great value phone to consider.

Sorry for bad angle as the shop tide the phone too short to pulling it out.
