Hi all,

Has anyone worked out how to connect Note 4 with a standard MHL Micro USB to HDMI.
I am trying to connect my Note to my Samsung home cinema but I can't get it to work.

There are 2 types of mhl adapters, 5 pins or 11 pins type. Make sure you have a compatible one. I am still using mhl cable that I originally got for note 2. Same cable I was using with note 3 (with 5 to 11 pins converter) and the same thing still works on note 4

So that's not the actual adapter you bought ? As iznee has said there's different types, my old adapter for my S2 wouldn't work on the Note 4. If your adapter was sold as being for anything newer than the S3 then it should work ok.
