Default [Q] Non-local cloud gaming on Shield?

I read about nVidia doing a beta for a cloud gaming service with servers in California. Is this still going on and if there is no NDA on it does it work outside of California, how much does it cost, what internet speeds are required, and does it work well?

Works pretty good, but you need a good internet connection. It's free right now, I don't know if they plan on charging for it. And it does work outside California, I live in Texas.
