On a completely clean install from stock, callers are hearing minor echoes of themselves. This is very difficult to provide a logcat for. But I can definitely confirm that this is a problem.

Also it seems that this ROM is missing some text messages here and there for me. Has anyone else had this problem?

I used u-ra's TWRP to install. However, I didn't flash the boot.img because I didn't think it was necessary for the htc OM2. Has anyone had similar problems?

The default kernel is a sense kernel so you need to change it, too.

What type of calls, speakerphone or regular handset?

Problem/Bug
Hi,

If I make a video that is a very loud rush heard (on left speaker).
The other is when I send a voice mail in Whatsapp, is not the front microphone used (recording is so quiet)

I hope you understand this, because i use google translator.

I was just a little lazy

As a matter of fact, yes. I've submitted the port to CynanogenMod and it was accepted. I'll update the first post when the nightlies start rolling.

Installation Instructions
  1. You must unlock your bootloader or be S-OFF.
  2. You must have a custom recovery installed that allows SELinux. See here for a TWRP build for One Mini 2
  3. Download the current HTC One Mini 2 build (See below).
  4. Locate Gapps here.
  5. Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM11.0 already.
  6. Reboot into recovery and install.

Very good job ! Thanks !

Sorry for this off-topic,
I have a question, at first you write "You must unlock your bootloader or be S-OFF" : unlock your bootloader is easy with HTC dev but how to be S-OFF?

Someone has try this S-OFF method http://firewater-soff.com/ to be S-OFF? It works for HTC M7, M8 et lot of HTC devices. Tell me.

It says "unlock your bootloader or be S-OFF", so if your bootloader is unlocked you're good to go.

Yes, I know.
But I'm talking about firewater S-OFF method. It's maybe the solution to be S-OFF on this device! It's only an idea.

No, firewater does not work. I've tried multiple times. Sunshine S-OFF should be adding support for it eventually.
