Hi. I have a htc one x from at&t, it was rooted when i bought it but I locked again but got supercid and s-off before that, then I updated to 4.2.2 but dont like it my phone isnt the same, battery doesnt last and pictures quality is low. Can I downgrade, if so.. how?

so could seach for an ics ruu and install it and it wint brick my phone or damage?
