A friend of mine also has a 1+1 with MultiRom installe. If I install a Rom on a Usb stick on my device, can I put the USB stick in his device and boot the Rom?

It depends what ROM you install on the stick and what's your friends phone setup. Eg. if he has CM11S firmware still, and you have LP ROM on the stick, it will not boot on old firmware.
Analyse the configuration he has and you have.

I'm on 32g and I'm seeing 32h is available but every time I downloaded and flash it, when I open MultiROM, again, it still showing that I'm still on 32g and 32h update still available.

Been doing it for 5 times.

Any idea?
