Wait a minute, sultan's default kernel does not support Multirom I believe. If you're not on f2fs setup, with Sultan 5.1.1 ROM as primary, you can try flash AK/Tyr/Render CAF 5.1.1 kernel on primary. It should work.

Yes I am on f2fs because of the extra high performance.

I'm just curious and woluld like to flash a new update as simple as possible.

Just wipe cache & dalvik before flashing the ROM, then flash Xposed and reboot.
