Does it still work with the release of new bootloader with OxygenOS ?

Edit : Dumped partition, checked offset in HxD and it seems to be the same. I will try running the script.

Thumbs up It still works on latest build of CM11S
Hi all,

I can happily confirm that this method still works on CM11S. (XNPH05Q 64GB)
I flashed the zip via TWRP recovery and it successfully unlocked my bootloader.
"Fastboot oem unlock" wouldn't work because of TWRP.
Thank you so much for creating this.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi to all.
Now I have:
HTML Code:
(bootloader) Device tampered: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: false
(bootloader) Display panel:
OKAY [ 0.017s]
finished. total time: 0.021s
I wanted to flash custom recovery, but have a trouble
HTML Code:
D:\Soft\Android\sdk\platform-tools>fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.0.1-bacon.img
target reported max download size of 1073741824 bytes
sending 'recovery' (12314 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.392s]
writing 'recovery'...
FAILED (remote: Device not unlocked cannot flash or erase)
finished. total time: 0.401s
Then i want to boot to recovery and change the "unlock bit" but have the same trouble.
HTML Code:
D:\Soft\Android\sdk\platform-tools>fastboot boot openrecovery-twrp-2.8.0.1-bacon.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 0.396s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: Device not unlocked cannot boot)
finished. total time: 0.436s

then dont try to fastboot boot or flash because the whole point of fastboot oem lock is NOT being able to do that!

you cant unlock without wipe, unless you are rooted or have a custom recovery. if you are rooted this is the wrong thread, so search.

if you are nither, you might want to google adb backup
