Maybe Ishar ansvered. Try to DL zip/image again, disable AV and maybe over different browser...
Maybe I corrupted, check file size.

I am little suprised that OPO did not made his own toolkit like Sony to solve most of problems related to rooting and flashing kernels and ROMs especially as it was expected by their policy that 99% of users will do that sooner or later to their One.

It would be good to know if you can get into the bootloader or phones recovery

I can boot into recovery and boot loader without issues. I can flash files without issue. The issues is when it boots into android is restarts. Doesn't matter if I factor reset or not. Always same issue.

Hmm, tried to use this with my Linux Laptop (Kubuntu 14.04), but it won't work
In order to run an EXE I installed WINE, then installed your tool using WINE - that all went fine.
But when I try to launch it I get an error that it needs Java 1.7.0 and takes me to the Java download page. But - I do have Java 8 installed. Installing Java 7 instead didn't change a thing

OK, the thread told me that the program should be running fine under any using as long as Java is installed. But - I can't find no JARs anywhere in the respective directories...

Any help anyone?
