I think I found the problem but don't understand why its happening
I use Franco kernel right now I'm on his r40 kernel which doesn't delete the on-screen buttons setting but as soon as I try to flash one of his latest kernels it deletes the setting

It's happening because of the SElinux changes his ramdisk.

Tell him to re-add this in ramdisk/service_contexts
