Guys,

There seems to be a pattern that all users effected by the Play Services FC bug use Uber build ROM's. Those with ROM build with stock TC don't seem to be effected.
I'm building SlimSaber now with stock TC to test this theory.

If I switch on the "disable hardware buttons" option (so i would like to see the soft buttons), and switch it back to off the soft keys stay on the display. It is there after a reboot too.

FC if Settings -> Language & Input -> Voice input -> Basic (or Enhanced) Google Services/recognit and press the settings (*)

When you Switch "Disable hardware buttons", a switch "Enable navigation bar" under "Navigation bar" sub menu turns on.
Turn off that one and soft keys will disappear
Had me stuck for a few minutes too ^^
