Same problem here. TWRP kicks out an error when I try to update.
Work for me using option 2:good::laugh:
But system noted that I have a small update though OTA. How can I install the OTA file by TWRP? Thanks a lot.
I was able to do the update. If it matters, I use TWRP 2.7.1.0.
With the second OTA, did you use TWRP install, or ADB sideload?
bootloop lol
now i have a non functioning phone aand i'm just leaving for work
can't imagine w/o a phone today lol
how can i get back XNPH25R w/o losing any apps/data ?
Guys i tried TWRP flash and sideload flash but bootloop is the only thing i get. I reflashed XNPH25R so i have a wiped rom (with root) and when i tried to reflash 4.4.4 ota i still get 15 min of bootloop. Any help ?

Yeah i read it. I tried to download that file but it says FILE NOT FOUND
Yea, now it works. do i use adb sideload or normal TWRP installation?
Option 2 (via TWRP) worked perfectly for me after failing with the:
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/framework/apache-xml.jar")
&
Error executing updater binary in zip '/data/media/0/sideload.zip'
error using the file direct from Oneplus.
Like others, I had the small OTA update ready on first reboot after flashing and auto-rooting. It installed itself via TWRP and rebooted. I then had to manually re-root (sideloading SuperSU and flashing via TWRP).
Thanks OP!!
