"CM11", doesn't really tell me anything so its hard to help... If you're on the latest OTA 33R or 30O, then you long hold on the home screen and you swipe the panel with the 3 dots arranged in an upwards arrow shape, upwards to unveil all of Trebuchet's Settings

Option 1:

If you long press homescreen and this comes up:

Keep scrolling down and you'll find Drawer Settings.

If you're on earlier versions of CM, long press the indicator dots in the drawer or on a blank space and you'll bring up the options.

Don't want to create new thread but how do you add new home screen? In on latest 11s.

Drag an app from the app drawer or homescreen to the far right. Or drag a widget over to the far right and right side of the screen will highlight.

On kitkat you have to have an app or widget on a page for it to exist
