Basic OnePlus One Feature Missing from most ROM's

Why is it that most ROM's for the OnePlus One are missing the feature of being able to disable the hardware keys completely!

This is what is keeping me on a CM ROM.

I STRESS most because there are some that include this.

Huh? Mahdi ROM has this feature, you can disable the hardware keys for menu/home/back fully and use onscreen.

I'm on MAHDI with disabled (completely Off hardware buttons)
