I'm having the exact same issue. Tried flashing so many times now. I've only had my one for a week. I'm going to try to RMA and see if I can get a replacement. I did see someone say they just removed Volume+ thru ADB, but I haven't been able to get anyone to explain how to do that. He claims it fixed the problem.
