Kernel Panic - Random Reboots with my OPO

Since the very beginning my OPO randomly rebooted itself from time to time.
It's actually every 1-2 hours now. I've read other threads about it but I couldn't really find any solution to it.
I'm using stock cm11s and recently rooted my phone and the problem is steady.
I hope this last_kmsg can help solving the problem.

You need to put it in [ code ] brackets. Its too unorganized for anybody to read as everything is in one line.

Try flashing another kernel. Had 3 random reboots today with AK kernel. Flashed Franco kernel and haven't had any

No reboots whatsoever with AK kernel here.
