I've tried all the usual fixes, clearing data, removing accounts and rebooting and even a factory reset.

Still can't download any apps

Any ideas?

Its very Simple!
Download and install total commander.apk
- Open the apk
-Open the file called " host "
-Delete the content inside and your good to go
