Gapps are already included in the stock ROM. You don't need to flash inverted gapps over it.
If you want inverted gapps, find a black theme that themes everything with skins.

If you want to take the route of custom roms, try Slim Kat as it has a The Real Dark Slim feature which makes everything inverted. See first feature, http://www.slimroms.net/index.php/slim-bean-features

This really belongs in the Q&A forum.

As I mentioned, use a theme that inverts your gapps.

This used to be the place to keep your apps inverted: http://www.designrifts.com/teamblack...t-google-apps/

They're great but a lot of the apps haven't been updated in a while. Look on the site tho, the dev. has a theme in the market and cm theme showcase that might do the trick. And as others have said, there are other themes that will invest some of the Google apps

Much better? Not sure about that statement but I digress. There are quite a few places that you can find the proper apk's needed. First off google Is definitely your friend in this case

.download a gapps package then decide which files you want to change and replace them from the various blacked out sites on the web.
may I suggest using slim gapps as a base and try this site out for starters http://ultimarom.com/themed-apps/browse/

May have to get your hands dirty on this one if you want it a special way
