How do I install TWRP on my unlocked device?
Option 1: Fastboot
Code:

adb reboot oem-unlock
fastboot flash recovery recovery263.img
fastboot reboot

Option 2: ADB (put first the recovery image to the root directory of your internal storage)
Code:

adb shell
su
cat /sdcard/recovery263.img > /dev/block/mmcblk0p1

==> works, Thanks.

why is there no flashable zip for recoveries available on our device??? i tried to search for twrp flashable zip for recovery but i can't find any?
they help switching recoveries while in a bootloop or other failures.

With TWRP v2.8.4.0 you already can flash the 2.8.5.0-image-file as well, genius!

yes but flashable zip is necessary in certain cases, like it happened to me twice that sometimes when i sweep the system, data and everything i lost my root and twrp don't repair it, then after a long struggle i found that if i just install CWM and reboot recovery it automatically ask me to fix root and the root is fixed, yes twrp also ask for it sometimes but in my case it couldn't repair it.
furthermore when playing with multirom it happend to me that my int-sdcard memory got corrupted and twrp has no solution for that, then again CWM recovery can repair it by just formating int-sd,
but overall i like twrp as it's easy and advanced, to use multirom and to have file manager in it is big advantage of twrp,

so thats why sometimes you need to switch recoveries from within the recoveries to troublshoot some problems, and if you don't have flashable zips of recoveries, it takes a lot more time!
