I'm not sure there is much I can do about that right now.
At some point when L is released, I will try building pure aosp with lg gproj caf kernel.

Ah okay got it. Thank you.
But still does using xposed framework and modules also contribute to lower battery life?

Not much from what I've seen but I recommend to try it without xposed for a day and see how yours behaves.

Has anyone managed to successfully download the Isis tap and pay app? It won't let me download it because it thinks I have an incompatible device. I'll read up on how people worked around this on other phones. Much thanks

Right okay. One more question, if you don't mind.
Can I flash any other kernel with this rom in order to improve battery life? If so, which one would you recommend?

You need the stock rom, and a special ISIS sim.

It's in the pacman thread. Performance is great, battery life depends on the user, but I had no complaints.

External sdcard reads properly but the 'write' permissions are missing.

Fixed it by editing 'platform.xml' .. Just thought I should mention!
