when I make the wipes and flash ROM MIUI 7, I turn it on, the display only turn on the lights and restarts all the time until I turn it off.

Stuck on lg screen

I Tested Yesterday ,
I Used CM.12.1 fist and CMW recovery philtouch , and test to flash this room
Boot Stuck on LG logo , and tried to back my old rom , cmw back to v. 6.0 , idont know how, my LGE chage detected become mako/N4 and "error 7" if i flash LGE rom , then i back from KDZ again

Try with TWRP

I try with twrp!!! Man yor rom is sucks, after flash this freaking zip you automatically flash cwm, and you don't tell nothing about this, so if I don't have twrp zip on my phone i can't go back and do restore!!!!!

If u dont have twrp zip file on your phone, u can flash from adb slideload or adb fastboot

LOL, welcome to flashing roms and learning the hard way. No doubt this type of thing will occur again. We flash mods at our own risk, it is no ones fault other than your own. Conduct research and learn how to fix phone yourself, learning is constant.
