It looks like the Kitkat update has not been released yet in Europe.

I'm also waiting for it in France

Here's another way to get it without having to install any apps, and it works for all LG phones regardless which country. Just use the URL below and replace the IMEI number after "?esn=" with the one on your phone.

Code:
http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=359255041432862

So what is supposed to happen? i did and this is what the url shows:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Seems like AT&T is not using LG's FOTA, but their own that's why you do not see the latest firmware version listed.

Apparently AT&T is going to release the firmware in batches based on IMEI number starting 5/21/2014, and more importantly the FOTA will reach those on AT&T network only, if you are not then you will not see the update. Read more about it here:
http://www.att.com/esupport/article....id=fdAilhWeDWl

The latest official KitKat firmware is available for download via 3rd party websites and someone on XDA posted the link, you can download and also read the information on the post here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2762087

There are different ways to flash your phone directly, here's one of the ways on XDA which I think it is easy to follow:

Have fun!
