Can you try to do this little experiment for me?
Get a recovery.IMG (doesn't matter if cwm or twrp or sdmerge)
Then run
adb reboot bootloader
(Wait until it stops print logs)
Fastboot boot recovery.IMG
(Where recovery.IMG is the file)

Tell me if it bolts recovery or charge mode

U have to setup drivers on device manager (or something similar), it has a red icon.

okay: managed to get it working, but it doesnt boot, here's the CMD log with lastest TWRP.img:
C:\Users\Admin\Desktop>fastboot boot recovery.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 1.659s]
booting...
OKAY [ 1.710s]
finished. total time: 3.369s

phone prints fastboot:boot
booting linux @ 0x208000, ramdisk @ 0x1200000 (2990662)
some more and just stays like that.
gonna try with cwm img

EDIT
with CWM.img goes to battery charge mode

Ok thanks, so it's a bootloader issue. I couldn't boot custom bootloader but I didn't understand if this was a stock bootloadet bug or something else
