Hello, I've a Photon MB855

Android version: 2.3.5
System Version: 45.4.13.MB855.Sprint.en.US
Baseband version: N_01.29.10R
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9 dnt648@fl36bld22 #2
Build number: 4.5.1A-1_SUN-254_13

1- Is there any way to know if the bootloader is unlocked or locked?
2- If it is not unlocked, can I unlock it? I was reading this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...216143&page=50) but i dont know if works great
3- Can I downgrade to 2.3.4?

I really want to install a custom rom with ICS or JellyBean to the Photon

Bootloader should be locked. As of now, no way to unlock bootloader OR downgrade back to 2.3.4.
