The HTC Black TSK found on the first page will give you Base Hue of 123. will give you a little greyish black. To make it glossy black you need to change HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Color/BaseHue to 160. That will give you Glossy Black.
Alternatively you can use my modified HTC Black that will give you Glossy Black right away.
