... and it just keeps getting better. Is anyone getting the green flicker on this now that voodoo color is added? I nandroided back to GB until that and a few other bugs in ICS are worked out.

Just use the Voodoo Control app & use the settings for 2.3.3 & Flicker is gone.

I don't mind the flicker, and use a very dark setting.

Loving this kernel. I tried to compile from your source but was not sure what options to pick. Would you mind sharing your .config file so I can have a base to start with?

Do you plan on adding BLN support?
Uh maybe just me LoL but using NStools shows BLN options

* When I just left BLN toggle activated (it was by default) and without the 'blinking'
toggle activated - IT WORKS !

I'm on BM's Stock 4.0.3
flashed this kernel over Mathkids 12.5

BLN works

Can anyone confirn ?

Am I missing something? I tried both flashable kernels but the voodoo control app wont recognize either.

For me this is the first ICS with voodoo that I do NOT get the green flash, even with "punchy" settings.

I am not running a live wallpaper and have brightness on manual. ;)

the .config is in the /arch/arm/configs

as for bln, not sure yet, as I plan on patching up to 3.1 or maybe even 3.2 kernel source, which will take a bit of time.

Thanks, I am going to try it now. I am just learning to build kernels now that the ROM I was working on is about where I want it. So I can just load that config and build without selecting other options? Are the default options when you run the make menu config all you need to select to build the kernel?

managed to regain root and recovery and flash the kernel. Been missing voodoo even on ICS.

Thanks loads. Working great with no problems to report really. ICS and voodoo! I'm in heaven I think!

I don't know a lot about kernels, but I would assume this NS kernel won't work on NS4G. So... any chance we will get a NS4G version? ;-) Thanks for the hard work!

If I not mistaken..already state by eugene that he will not involve in developing rom/kernel which he does not have..

no bln has a timeout, after so many counts they stop flashing.. it's not a bug

Kernel is build for my taste! Not yours!
Don't use it, if you don't like it, sorry to be a jerk.. but it's that simple guys.
