It makes the phone stop thinking it's roaming when connected to an operator in the same country (operator with the same MCC to be exact). I take no responsibility for anything, and using this might incur costs in some countries (if an operator with the same MCC as your's allows data roaming for extra cost, or if I've f****d up something). With Saunalahti in Finland this works for me, and I did test it with a foreign SIM card and it identified roaming correctly. However, the risk will always be your own if you choose to use this.
I would really like to try this, but the file seems corrupted. Could you check the file. Tried on phone and computer.
