Touchwiz MEMO and TASKMANAGER app for ICS!

Put these .APK's on your phone's SD Card
then use something like ROOT EXPLORER or any other file manager which will allow you to go into System/App
Move/Copy The APK's into system/app
BE SURE TO SET THE PERMISSIONS AS THE OTHER APPS IN THE FOLDER ARE
permission: rw-r--r--

REBOOT, and find the app in your drawer and see it work
