That should be:

But Mike's first post now contains a RAR archive with a tool to make it easier - just download the Flash_boot_3.0.0.rar file, extract it, read the READ_ME_FIRST.txt file for instructions. (Edit: Actually I would stick with doing it from the command line for now.)
