INSTALLATION:
ONLY FOR UNLOCKED BOOTLOADERS!
Remove SIM Pin before insltallation or you may got network issues

- Download ROM from HERE
- Download Kernel from HERE
- Flash my kernel using latest flashtool
- Boot into recovery..copy Rom to SD..
- Do a Full Wipe
- Go to partition menu and Format SYSTEM
- MOUNT ALL partitions
- Flash Rom
- After First Boot wait 1 more minute and Reboot.
- Enjoy ICS expirience..Smile

- Rom's First Boot time is a bit slow.. (like 2 minutes) so don't think it got stuck. After that it boots like in ~30 seconds.
- For better UI speed Set animations speed to 0.5x
- For my ROM use only My Kernel. They made bot for each other. Alpha and Omega.
- If you get automatic Reboots try to flash 1036Mhz kernel version
- If you feel your screen became unresponsive (it may happen..i don't know why.. - new driver's fault) - press once power button...to lock the phone..then unlock again and all will be all right.
- You may also use internal taskkiller to free up some RAM

- Camera is not fully functional (only video recording dont work) (keep visiting this thread for camera development (use zip without hw_config.sh from that patches))
- Hotspot is not working.. (use specific apps from market)
- Rarely may appear audioshuttering when scrolling..I tried my best to solve it..it's because of new kgsl libs and Linaro 2d rendering patch.. However sound quality..when tuned well is relay realy good..big thanks to Tof for helping me to enable SRS audio filter load.
