Starflake Matrix

As a huge Matrix fan I couldn't resist making a Matrix influenced skin for ThrottleLock.

I used Napbree's dots, I hope you don't mind. If so I will replace them immediately.

Two screenshots and skin download below..

(Forgot to say that this one is made for VGA devices)
