This will theme the status bar, settings, dialer, mms and framework. No xml edits. It also enables the AOSP lock screen. Just wipe cache / dalvik and flash in CWM. It will give you that nice ICS look until someone who has time (not me) to do a full theme. DOWNLOAD HERE
