What I did was try to keep the rom as fast and smooth as possible while making it look spiffy and trying to conserve battery life
Screenshots (ICS theme):
Features:
-Based on CM 7.2
-Made solely for P925, should fix wifi issues
-Stock kernel to ensure baseband/wifi doesn't break
-Tweaks for build.prop, init.rc and some more
-Zipaligned rom
-Init.d tweaks
-Wifi and 3G tweaks for speed
-Sony Bravia Engine
-Replaced ADWLauncher with LauncherPro
-OTA updates with UpdateMe
-Added a bunch of free apps (Adfree, Adobe Flash, Facebook etc)
-Updated Superuser binary, Rom Manager, Busybox
-Added themes (ICS, Lucid and Vivid - switch to them from within Theme Manager)
-Roboto font added
-LG ICS boot animation
-A lot of ringtones and notifications
Not working:
Whatever that CM doesn't have (3D and HDMI)

- Download the update.
- Copy the .zip to the internal sdcard.
- Reboot into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Flash the update
- First boot will take FOREVER but it pays off afterwards
[Clean install]
Download the rom.
- [OPTIONAL] Backup apps using Titanium Backup, SMSes using SMS Backup and Restore
- Copy the rom .zip to the internal sdcard
- Boot into CWM
- Wipe/factory reset your phone as well as clear dalvik cache
- Install the rom
- Install update
- Reboot system
- First boot will take FOREVER but it pays off afterwards
- [OPTIONAL] Restore apps/smses
- ???
- Profit!
