ALSO DONT WIPE DATA IN ANY FLASHING (UNCHECK WIPE DATA AND CACHE BEFORE FLASHING KERNEL)

A. If you already have a full ftf (full ics 4.0.4 firmware) otherwihumanse you can download from LINKS or just enter to B part

B. If you have not downloaded a full android 4.0.4 for xperia pro proceed following


1. Downloads: a) this ftf (Ready to Root - ie build in 4.0.3 kernel )

b) Doomlord root toolkit - download from the attachments of this thread

c) 4.0.4 kernel http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?8up94h4v5raozcw
2. Flash the ftf (a) using flashtool
(Dont worry if you get black screen, just pull out the battery, put it back and switch on, wait for leds to light up ,at that exact point do following)


3. Root your phone by just executing the exe file in the toolkit (b)


4. Now just flash (c) ftf using flashtool



you have a rooted pro.


PRECAUTIONS:
1.Dont forget to close flashtool after flashing the first FTF (a)
2.Also close PC companion too

About the toolkit in the link

The toolkit provided have a 1.15 busybox ver , which is very old (have permission setting problems and other problems) , so please download newer busybox (using jrummy's busybox downloader available in playstore) ,also change the su file in the toolkit/files/ folder by the su file I have given in files.rar
