while it's true some credits could be better given (especially people like mijoma, Rebellos and oleg, though oleg may no longer be working with us) I should clarify that we have been working with mike - he hasn't just taken our kernel source without asking)
also I believe platform sources are at polishblood github, though I can't confirm they're up to date at the moment.
EDIT2: it appears your attention was directed here by the news article on the xda portal, looks like whoever wrote it needs to do proper research, they make it sound like mike's the only one who ever worked on the project hahaha.
getting ICS running with hardware acceleration required an newer version of the kernel, the froyo one by oleg was too old so the work on the 3.0.8 kernel now used was done largely by rebellos I believe.
