Thanks for bringing this up, looks like nvidia inadvertently helped aosp/cm9 for endeavoru with the update. And thanks for trip for trying this in his kernels.
Seems that with stock htc sense kernel this won't work (the default boot.img in the original first post), so those who need this bluetooth fix will need to use the alternative kernel i'll soon publish here (an updated version of the Sweep2wake kernel).
