It means, for those listed things to be fixed, a new jb specific kernel needs to be made and installed.

lol no .... jb specific jernel isnt out yet... maybe some devs are working on it but its not out till now....

Sadly, no... Google just release Android as a generic platform I believe (or release it on a limited number of devices). It's up to the Devs to make it handset specific, or develop it further... HTC, Sony, Samsung all do there own thing with it

Seriously, read the OP before spamming a one liner. In fact you can see the post before you that's it's a WIP so no point going about asking which kernel or does WiFi work when all JB related threads are stating it's in progress with nothing ready yet
Or you can download set CPU from the market and try it, it should work as long as you have ROOT access

6Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean: Wi-Fi Fix
After you have flashed the ROM you can also fix the Wi-Fi. You will need a working ADB on your PC in order to follow the steps below;
Step 1: You need to enable the USB Debugging on your device. You can do this by going to ‘Settings’, then ‘Developer Options’ and then enabling it.
Step 2: Connect the phone to your PC.
Step 3: Simply open the command prompt window and enter these commands:
adb shell
su
fix-mac.sh
Step 4: Close the command prompt window
fix wifi until the release of new version6
