What You Need:

HTC Sensation, with ICS Firmware, S-off and a custom recovery

How to install ?
Download ROM (Download link in 2nd post)
Download Gapps: http://tinyw.in/Ko5N
Make sure you are on the newest ICS Firmware
Boot into recovery
Nandroid, Nandroid, NANDROID!!!
Wipe data/factory reset if required
Install TouchCream.zip from sdcard
Install gapps.zip from sdcard
Wipe Cache And Dalvik
Install kernel of your choice, Bricked, Faux or TamCore etc, cuz stock kernel eats battery like an american eats burgers :P
Fix permissions
Reboot (first boot might take a while)
Let the ROM settle for 5 minutes, without touching your phone
Reboot and set up your phone
Enjoy!
