US version with First/Last name (when available) and addresses
Here is a US version with First/Last name (when available) and addresses (in the contact details if you click "Add Contact"). On the popup it will display things like:
Bob Smith (Miami, Florida)
Bob Smith (Florida)
Joe's Hat Shop (Atlanta, Georgia)
Unknown LANDLINE caller near Seattle, Washington
Unknown WIRELESS caller near Portland, Oregon
Unknown VOIP caller near Las Vegas, Nevada
Unknown VOIP caller near unknown area
No entry
As you can see, this version tries to always display as much data as possible.
I have a few more changes I would like to make, and then I will work on getting this back in to SF.
