Update for Opera not closing it's process

Opera as it's standard behaviour does not close fully when exiting and leaves a process running. This is standard behaviour however it's better to close it on exit.
To enable opera to properly close on exit install the following cab. This is highly recommended.

This is only required for versions 2.20 and below
