I noticed in your signature you say your in boss mode at 2.1ghz
Can you elaborate on what boss mode is and how can you get it to 2.1ghz. I am on ktoonez and I get reboots at 1.8ghz. Any suggestions or should I swap my phone. I am in the return Window to get another. Out of box stock my phone rN hot and had real low bench scores in all test apps. I got 2437 on quadrant and for an s3 seems really low. My s2 scores higher.

I am using ktoonz and I have zero issues at 2.1 even set on performance governor. However my girls phone does not handle 2.1 it will reboot at 1.9 so the old saying is true not all chips are created equal. I have her phone set up exactly the same as mine it just doesn't handle the higher cpu settings while my phone barely even gets warm after 4-5 benchmarks in a row at 2.1 and set to performance. Also I don't get much better scores at 2.1 than at 1.8 so I donr know if swapping out your phone is really worth it. Especially when the next one will likely be the same. It seems to me most of them don't handle the higher settings. This is actually my 4th phone and it is the first one to handle these settings so well.

Sounds like you need to exchange it anyway. As little as quadrant scores may mean in real life use, those are horrible scores, and if you have other issues that don't seem common with the rest of the community, I'd say it's prob a good idea to get a new one. You're in the return window tho, so sounds like you already knew the answer. I'm sure you'll have much better luck with the next one.

I wonder if it has anything to do with using the volume button to skip tracks. Just a guess.

If may ask what color is your s3. I have read the white ones seem to have heat issues. Just browsing the Web at stock clocks my screen gets hot. Not warm but real hot. I even woke to no signal and had to reboot to get back. Do these phones really run that hot? My s2 was very cool to touch in comparison. Though with other roms my s3 flys on all roms it is hotter than hell. I may just Odin to stock and bring back to store. Just not sure if I should try the blue one to see if any different.

Does anyone have a flash able version of swype for this Rom? I downloaded swype from aptoide but it does not work, constantly stops working. If anyone can let me know if there's a version of swype that works with this please let me know. Thanks, jake

I'm using Swype beta and its working fine

screen on time???? Battery posts are useless without screen on time... anyone can just let their phone sit for 24 hours idle and posting that as an amazing result.... not saying that you are, but when people wanna know about battery tests, they wanna see screen on

2.5 hours of screen on

Thanks man. It turned out the phine was a dud. Had it swapped and this new s3 flys out of the box and doesnt even get warm. Thanks to all whom were helpful on this. Moral of story hot phone and low scores out of box most likely equals a defective device. Turns out it would overheat at boot even. Had a random reboot in store while rep was testing. Lol so hard to say it was not a borked unit.

having trouble with syncing both gmail accounts

I keep getting a "unfortunately gapps stopped working" message. Not sure if anyone else gets it when they try syncing mail, browser. Thanks, let me know if it's just a bug. Also when i flashed the rom, i did the wipe, cache, dalvik and then flashed the rom, gapps and the other file walls, but i got an error message when i flashed walls. So not sure what that was, thought it was just different wallpapers but now I'm thinking it was something i need. Not sure if they are related to the error messages, i doubt it but was just wondering. Thanks, this is by far my favorite ROM, aside from this issue, it's flawless.....Thanks again OP

Did you wipe just cache/dalvik? If so do a full wipe then reflash. Rom and gapps.

The walls arent a flashable they are just a zip archive with wallpapers inside of it. All of your gaaps errors are not normal and not reported by any of our other users so there is something going on with your specific phone/flash configuration that is acting up. I reccomend factory resetting in recovery, wiping dalvik then reflashing flashing liquid ROM with the gooim JB gaaps and then see if you get FC's

just try the rom instead of asking about it... if you dont like it, go backkk.. i dont get it... when a rom comes out remotely interesting, i flash away and see for myself if i like it ... Just saying

Ok folks. Clearly there is a problem with the links in the OP. I have contacted the team and asked them if they would mind if I mirrored. They asked me not to at this point, as there is another build coming out soon.

They have also asked that this thread be closed because of the link situation. I told them that because this latest build (RC5) is still relatively new, there is still plenty of User support and troubleshooting.

With the above being said, this thread will remain OPEN (for now), however please do not post any "Links are down", "I get a 404", "WTF",...

    Framework and SystemUI Mod

Could you share ? I have no idea what I'm doing and would love the 4g icons and weather :) I would so love it and be so forever grateful :):p

Care to share the weather icons? :good:

Credit to Team Liquid for this great rom and raising the bar.

Weather icons is what the name says and SystemUI-Mod is for 4G/3G/H+, your Edge will now show as H+

Remember to click Thanks and enjoy guys.
