just to summarize:
1- 70083a29_manila and 77feee1d_manila are qtc1 files for
portrait default bg, respectively top 512px and bottom 256px
2- our manila is the same manila from blackstone
3- when we edit 70083a29_manila and 77feee1d_manila we don't get exactly our images, but

this doesn't happens in landscape if you edit 29cff4fe_manila and 058acf31_manila (background
landscape files, you get exactly your images) and also doesn't happens on blackstone according by different statements of blackstone users
my files in attachment, as you can see if you estract png they are correct, if you use them in manila you'll see that landscape is ok, portrait is dimmed
